Yakona - The Joy in the Airplane’s First Landing
We both had the privilege of taking part in a first landing at Yakona airstrip. The community have been building this airstrip for over 30 years and finally they saw the plane come in and bring God’s Word to this remote community!
Broken Bread Knife
Getting a replacement for something as small as a Knife is not simple when living in a remote bush village in PNG, 20mins flight from the nearest town. Buying all our groceries & supplies takes planning and a trip to MAF’s HQ, more than an hour’s flight away and only once every 3 months!
