Ray the old-man Puppy
Ray is over 15 years old, a very old man in dog-years. But he still likes to act like a puppy from time-to-time. He often tries to run to the fence to bark at passing dogs, but sadly he’s not as agile as he used to be and often ends up falling into a muddy drainage ditch rather than jumping over it.
He still has a very waggy tail whenever we walk in the door, even if we’ve only been outside for 5 minutes. Ryan built Ray and ramp when we returned to Telefomin last year, as he couldn’t manage stairs anymore. This enables him to get up and down from his spot in the corner of the couch where he spends about 22 hours of the day.
Ray is still a wonderful comfort for me (Shiv) when I’m working from home whilst Ryan is out flying. He is my baby and constant companion. Here our some piccies of him for you all to enjoy!
